Thank you all for your patience!
We've suffered from a lack of content and submissions, and while the staff had filled in the missing pieces for Issue 1, we haven't had the time to create alongside all the other duties. This has happily changed and we've had to revise our plans. We apologize to the people whom we wanted to meet at Anthrocon 2009 -- we will have the next issue at Further Confusion 2010! We appreciate all the support and the questions. It seems a lot of you want us to succeed.
Surprised and Gratified,
~ Michaela ~

Further Confusion
We're on our way there! Look for us Friday Morning. We will be cutting and binding the books all morning, on site. The paper is gorgeous, both the glossy cover stock and the offset printing for the 70lb interior stock. It's a tawdry little bedroom novel, and we'd like to thank our readers, contributors, and editorial staff! Well done!
Please come and pick up a copy of our book at Ibexa Press, Table 7!

Hello World
Hello Gang,
Just want to keep you all in the loop as we feverishly work on our hot new magazine. We've received quite a few inquiries about our timeline and I wanted to share with everyone all the details.
First – Let me thank again, everyone who has participated in making this one of the most exciting projects I've ever had the pleasure of working on. Every day, I've had the chance to look at the most tantalizing art and erotic letters. I dare say, my glasses have been steaming up from the heat coming from my computer screen! Thank you all!
Release Date:
We will be releasing Michaela's Midnight Letters Vol. 1, Issue 1, at Further Confusion 2009 in San Jose, CA. Stop by and visit us at our shared table space with Davina's Ibexa Press booth #7 in the dealer's room. The magazine will also be available from the contributing artists as well, so if you would like to support Carmine, Amsterdam or KaputOtter directly, stop by their tables. Heck – swing past all four and get your book signed by all! (We'll find out at the event where everyone is located!)
Ordering Michaela's Midnight Letters:
If you cannot make it to FC – don't worry! Michaela's Midnight Letters will be available for purchase after the event from the Ibexa Press website. Toni is in the process of crafting a page for us, and as soon as it is available, we will let you know. We will be opening sales February 1, 2009. The price will be $15 + $3.75 for Priority Mail Shipping in the US and $11.95 for Priority International Mail to most countries.
For Contributors:
If you contributed a letter or story to Michaela's then we will send you a copy of the magazine after it is released. Please be sure to e-mail us with your complete mailing information so we can ensure that your copy of the magazine arrives safely. We will be shipping the week following FC.
A project like this cannot happen without the love, support, and hard work from my family, friends and fans!
I am so proud of the way this magazine has come together -- I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have enjoyed putting it together!
Affectionately Yours,
~Michaela~
